• I typically speak with people on the phone for about 15 minutes
  prior to booking an initial session to ensure that we are a good
  fit in terms of my areas of expertise and their requirements. This initial phone consultation is free of charge.

• Appointments last 50 minutes.

• People generally see me weekly to begin with although this varies depending upon the needs of the individual.

• Except in cases of emergencies or unforeseen illness, 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Otherwise, the full session fee
  will be charged.
