I typically speak with people on the phone for about 15 minutes
prior to booking an initial session to ensure that we are a good fit in terms of my areas of expertise and their requirements. This initial phone consultation is free of charge.

Appointments last 50 minutes.

People generally see me weekly to begin with although this varies depending upon the needs of the individual.

Except in cases of emergencies or unforeseen illness, 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
Fees

Fees are $225.00 per 50 minute session. These are paid at the time of each session by e-transfer. I will email you a receipt for income tax or insurance purposes.

While MSP does not cover the fees of psychologists, many extended benefit plans cover a portion of such fees.

Costs incurred for therapy provided by a Registered Psychologist may be claimed as a medical expense on income tax.
